1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hiap Fatt's AI Customer Engagement Platform services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the services for personal or business use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Availability

Our AI chatbot services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not engage in harmful or malicious activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Keep your account credentials secure

5. AI Chatbot Usage

When using our AI chatbot services:

  • The AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for verifying critical information provided by the AI
  • Abusive or inappropriate interactions may result in service suspension
  • Business owners are responsible for the content and behavior of their chatbots

6. Billing and Payment

Our services are billed according to the selected plan. You agree to:

  • Pay all charges associated with your account
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Keep billing information up to date
  • Pay applicable taxes

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Hiap Fatt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to our platform. We claim no ownership rights to your business data or customer information. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide our services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and technical information.

11. Intellectual Property

The Hiap Fatt platform, including software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our technology.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers via email or platform notifications.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The place of arbitration shall be Singapore.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hiap Fatt regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
